Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Tactical Innovations Canada. This policy outlines when, how, and under what conditions returns and refunds are accepted.

Standard Returns (30 Days)

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item received), in which case we cover return shipping.

Bulk Orders (90 Days)

For bulk or commercial orders, you may return any item in its original condition within 90 days of delivery for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made items, custom name-tag patches, and custom-embroidered gear
  • Items marked "Final Sale" or "Special Order"
  • Items damaged or altered after delivery
  • Gift cards and digital products

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log in to your account at tacticalinnovationscanada.ca.
  2. Go to My Account → Orders and select the order containing the item you want to return.
  3. Click "Request a return" and follow the on-screen instructions.
  4. Alternatively, email us at info@tacticalinnovations.ca with your order number and reason for return.

Once we approve your return, we will email you return shipping instructions.

Refund Processing

Please allow up to four (4) weeks to receive your refund. This window includes:

  • Transit time for the return shipment (5–10 business days)
  • Our inspection and processing of the return (3–5 business days)
  • Your bank's processing of the refund (5–10 business days)

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@tacticalinnovations.ca with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping.
