We ship Canada-wide and to the continental United States. Most orders leave our Calgary warehouse within one business day.

Canadian shipping
- FREE standard shipping on orders $150 CAD and over — excluding oversized items and restricted-product surcharges.
- Flat-rate standard shipping on orders under $150: calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- Expedited & express options (Canada Post Xpresspost, Purolator, UPS) available at checkout with live rates.
Typical transit times from Calgary, AB
- Alberta, BC, Saskatchewan — 1 to 3 business days
- Manitoba, Ontario — 3 to 5 business days
- Quebec, Atlantic Canada — 5 to 7 business days
- Territories, remote communities — 7 to 14 business days
United States shipping
- $25 USD flat-rate shipping to all 48 contiguous states.
- Typical transit 5 to 10 business days once cleared through customs.
- We ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) — see customs section below.
- We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or APO/FPO addresses. Contact us for a custom quote.
Canadian sales tax
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address:

US customs & duty
Orders shipping to the US are sent Delivered Duty Unpaid. This means any applicable US duty, brokerage, or state tax is the responsibility of the buyer and collected by the carrier at or before delivery. Under the Canada-United States-Mexico Agreement (CUSMA), most Canadian-origin goods valued under $800 USD enter duty-free, but your carrier may still assess a brokerage fee. We recommend checking with US Customs and Border Protection if you have questions about specific products.
Restricted products
A small number of products cannot be shipped to certain provinces or cross-border due to federal, provincial, or state regulations. These products are flagged on their product page. If you place an order that cannot ship to your address, we will contact you to arrange a refund or a substitute.
Tracking & support
Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as the label is generated. If your package is late, lost, or damaged, email sales@tacticalinnovations.ca with your order number and we will open a trace with the carrier on your behalf.
